    Monarch Housing Associates, Inc. is a state-wide non-profit housing consulting company with over 25 years of experience working with clients to develop affordable and mixed-income housing for seniors, families and persons with special needs.  Our clients include private developers, housing authorities, senior housing associations, hospitals, social service agencies, non-profit organizations and municipalities.  Monarch has developed an expertise in assembling project financing using multiple layers of financing from local, state, federal and private funding.  Some of these funding sources include federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, CDBG, HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD), NJHMFA financing,  HUD financing, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Funds, and Special Needs Programs.  As a result of Monarch’s work, over 3,000 units of affordable housing has been created or preserved in New Jersey.
