http://www.cjhrc.orgCJHRC is a non-profit alliance of representatives from corporate and financial institutions, the real estate and development communities, social service providers, government leaders and housing advocates, working locally to resolve issues facing households who are struggling to find housing that meets their needs and means. CJHRC operates the only centralized housing resource center within Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. The Housing Resource Center is a HUD-certified Housing Counseling agency that provides clients with information to overcome their housing obstacles. We use our extensive resources to find affordable housing for families, individuals, senior citizens and those with special needs. The Housing Resource Center assists clients both individually and in group programs annually…at no charge.

We are a consumer-oriented service provider to households in Paramus and Region One for households seeking low and moderate income housing opportunities. We provide the Paramus Community a Rehabilitation Program to help Paramus homeowners bring substandard housing up to code. The program provides up to $25,000 grant for qualified homeowners. Paramus Affordable Housing Corp is also an administrative agent and consultant for developers, landlords, non-profit corporations and municipal governments through inter local agreements with municipalities.
