Central Jersey Housing Resource Center Corp. (CJHRC) is a 501 c 3 housing non-profit agency that has been serving the community for over three decades. For more than 23 years, CJHRC has been providing Administrative Agent (AA) services to developers and municipalities who have affordable rental, new sale, and/or re-sale units in Somerset or Hunterdon County. CJHRC not only provides AA services but is also the only HUD Agency in Somerset and Hunterdon County in NJ. We are known in the community for providing the best service for individuals/households looking to rent or purchase a unit in the low/moderate income program. Sharon M. Clark is the Executive Director and leads a team of 7 housing counselors (two are bi-lingual). CJHRC’s mission is to be the leader in providing housing counseling, information and referral services to meet the needs of low and moderate income people seeking affordable housing in Central NJ. CJHRC has a wide range of expertise and also provides free programs and counseling services to the community. Often CJHRC is the first place clients turn to when seeking affordable housing in Somerset or Hunterdon County.
