We are a consumer-oriented service provider to households in Paramus and Region One for households seeking low and moderate income housing opportunities. We provide the Paramus Community a Rehabilitation Program to help Paramus homeowners bring substandard housing up to code. The program provides up to $25,000 grant for qualified homeowners. Paramus Affordable Housing Corp is also an administrative agent and consultant for developers, landlords, non-profit corporations and municipal governments through inter local agreements with municipalities.

HABcore also collaborates with developers such as the Walters Group and Somerset Development, and social service providers such as the Mental Health Association, CPC Behavioral Healthcare, and the VNA.
