Monarch has developed an expertise in assembling project financing using multiple layers of financing from local, state, federal and private funding. Some of these funding sources include federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, CDBG, HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD), NJHMFA financing, HUD financing, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Funds, and Special Needs Programs. As a result of Monarch’s work, over 2,500 units of affordable housing have been created or preserved in New Jersey.
