We oversee several properties across the borough, facilitating adherence to local and state regulations while fostering transparency and efficiency in the housing process. Key responsibilities include: - Regulatory Compliance – Ensuring all affordable housing units meet state and municipal requirements, including income eligibility verification and affirmative marketing processes. - Collaboration with Developers – Coordinating with property developers to ensure affordable units are properly integrated and managed within new developments. - Community Outreach & Engagement – Communicating with residents and prospective applicants, providing guidance on housing availability, application procedures, and ongoing compliance. - Oversight of Housing Programs – Managing tenant selection processes, maintaining waitlists, and overseeing lease-up activities for affordable housing properties. - Transparency & Ethical Governance – Upholding fairness and integrity in affordable housing administration, ensuring equitable access to housing opportunities for eligible applicants. Our proactive approach and commitment to inclusive housing solutions help strengthen Paramus’s efforts in providing high-quality, accessible homes for residents in need.
