Capital One Community Development works in conjunction with non profits and municipalities that are doing homebuyer education and grants for homeownership. Our program will allow their clients that have received a homebuyers education certificate to obtain a mortgage through us with below market rates, no points, no pmi and a closing costs grant up to $6,000 for a 1-4 family home or condo. We also participate in the homebuyer education seminars and fairs educating financial literacy.
