    Paramus Affordable Housing has rental opportunities for families and Seniors.  We are a consumer-oriented service provider to households in Paramus and Region One for households seeking low and moderate income housing opportunities.  We provide the Paramus Community a Rehabilitation Program to help Paramus homeowners bring substandard housing up to code. The program provides up to $25,000 grant for qualified homeowners. Paramus Affordable Housing Corp is also an administrative agent and consultant for developers, landlords, non-profit corporations and municipal governments through inter local agreements with municipalities.
