Affordable Housing Administrative Agent Services

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Edison is soliciting proposals for the provision of services as an Administrative Agent for the Administration of the Township’s Affordable Housing Units and the Township’s ongoing Market to Affordable Program, in compliance with the Council on Affordable Housing’s Uniform Housing Affordability Controls, N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 et seq. and N.J.A.C.5:97 et seq.

All proposals will be opened on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Division of Purchasing, 100 Municipal Blvd., Edison, NJ 08817. Proposals for the above listed services are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. 

Proposal forms may be obtained at the Purchasing Division, Edison Municipal Complex, 100 Municipal Blvd., Edison, NJ 08817, during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm or via email request at purchasing@edisonnj.org.                                                                                                                                    

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 (N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq.).
