COAH Publishes 2014 Affordable Housing Regional Income Limits
The Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) has published the 2014 Affordable Housing Regional Income Limits. The effective date is May 14, 2014. The income limits have remained the same as 2013, and there is no increase in the maximum allowable re-sale price. There is an increase in rental rates of 1.8%, but the increase does not apply to new units. The income calculators will be updated soon to reflect any changes.
