2014 Income Limits and Maximum Rents
As per IRS Revenue Ruling 94-57, income limits must be implemented on the effective date or 45 days from the published date, whichever is later, which means this year's limits must be implemented no later than January 31, 2014. Also included is a table that outlines which set of income limits and rents to use for each county based on the Placed In Service date of your project.
