Reforms to Municipal Housing Responsibilities and Their Implications

On Wednesday, May 8th AHPNJ will have a webinar to address components of recently passed legislation, including A-4/S-50, that reforms municipal responsibilities regarding the provision of affordable housing and abolishes the defunct Council on Affordable Housing (COAH). A statement from the Governor's office gives an overview of recent legislation.

 

AHPNJ would like to help affordable housing professionals understand the implications of this legislation and what it will mean for the administration of affordable housing as well as get on top of upcoming deadlines. Register today for this valuable educational event!
