This foundation course defines affordable housing programs, covering topics such as the history of housing policy, laws, regulations and court cases relative to affordable housing, and their impact on housing availability. Students are familiarized with programs, funding sources, regulatory entities, rules and regulations related to the evolution of affordable housing.
