This course provides students with an understanding of how residential units are decided and placed in the community. Students understand how sites are determined, current guidelines determining affordable housing obligations, the roles of the Planning Board and Governing Body, how to work with developers and Affordable Housing Commissions, and how to read site plans to identify affordable housing components.
