From Enterprise Institute:

Last week, Seattle voters passed a seven-year $290 million housing levy that will be used to create or preserve an estimated 2,150 affordable homes across the city. All of the apartments will be designated for low-income households with incomes below 60 percent of the area median, and many of the apartments will be more deeply targeted to residents earning less than 30 percent of the area median.
