New Lead Removal and Foreclosure Laws

Gov. Christie signed a law requiring homeowners and landlords to remove lead paint from their properties to limit children's exposure to the toxic metal.  Also in February he signed a bill to prevent foreclosures on houses damaged during Superstorm Sandy.
